Windows 10 and 11macOSLinux
What it does
- Every family on one register
- Each half-term laid out like a class register, with the total at the end of each row.
- Untick a lesson that didn't happen
- It comes off that family's bill, and the email follows.
- Copy it, or save it as a Gmail draft
- Draft every family's invoice in one go, then check and send them from Gmail.
- Your data stays on your PC
- It backs itself up every day, and moves to a new PC with Export and Import.
Before you set off
- If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Connecting Gmail shows "Google hasn't verified this app". Choose Advanced, then Go to Student Invoice.
- Already installed? It updates itself: look for the dot on the Updates button.
- Gmail access is for drafts only. The app never sends email itself.
